Phase 1: we manage your pain and symptoms, regain full range of motion, and educate. This may include a variety of manual tools to accomplish this task such as cupping, dry needling, adjustments, IASTM, dynamic movements, muscle energy techniques, ect.
Phase 2: strengthening phase. Base on findings, we are going to strengthen you from the ground up!
